Service
Ekko provides a platform for teachers to capture, annotate, and publish interactive feedback to students. By creating an account, you agree to use the service for lawful educational purposes and in compliance with applicable school policies.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact information and keep your display name appropriate for a professional teaching context.
Student data
You remain responsible for obtaining any consent required before photographing student work or sharing feedback. Student access uses unique codes without student accounts; you must share codes only with the intended recipients.
Acceptable use
You may not use Ekko to distribute unlawful content, harass others, attempt to disrupt the service, or create automated accounts. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
